HGH Reviews

Pills, shots, and oral sprays are the 3 ways you can increase HGH into your system. We recommend oral sprays such as 21st Century HGH offered at www.21stcenturyhgh.com. All “homeopathic” oral sprays are generic but make certain it’s homeopathic.

There are some oral sprays that are not homeopathic such as Sytropin. That product contains absolutely no HGH and it confuses the public. If a vendor claims “HGH components” or “HGHr” as ingredients that’s not HGH. It has to say HGH, Human Growth Hormone, or Somatotropin to contain real HGH.

You can’t put HGH into a pill so we don’t recommend pills. About 90% of the HGH industry sells pills because without HGH in the product the ingredients are cheap and they sell it at high HGH prices. Since their mark up is so high they have big ad budgets and so they are the most visible all over the internet. Examples of “HGH Releaser” products are:

– GHR1000
– Eternal HGH
– HGH Energizer
– GenF20
– Zerpic
– Advice HGH
– Bodybuilding.com
– hgh.com (sprays, pills)
– HGH Complete
– Maximum Result
– Neugenisis
– Renuva
– Zlabs
– Ultimate HGH
– Rejuvenator
– Omega GH
– MPS Secretagogue Gold
– 4-HGH
– Super HGH
– HGH Plus
– SomaLife gHP

HGH injections are the most effective way to get HGH into your system. It can only be obtained with a doctors prescription and can cost up to $1000 per month. It also involves the use of needles which can lead to complications. Considering homeopathic HGH gets 60%-80% of the same results as injected HGH, comparing IGF-1 levels in blood tests, the cost is only about $60-$80 per month, and it’s an easy under the tongue spray, we recommend homeopathic oral sprays for the general public.

Most baseball players, athletes, and entertainment performers use the 21st Century HGH product because of their reliability, longevity in the business, and excellent, 24-hour-response-time, customer service. The only form of HGH that the FDA has approved for over the counter sales is homeopathic HGH. For more information click on the following links:

What health problems are needed in order to qualify for gastric bypass surgery?

August 30th, 2010

What types of health problems are needed to qualify to have gastric bypass surgery? Do you only qualify if you have severe health problems caused by this or could you qualify if you have smaller health problems like knee arthritis & breathing problems? Most of my family is obese and have heart disease, sleep apnea. Would they take that into consideration? My sister had gastric bypass surgery with a starting weight at 208 and is down to 128. I don’t think she had any medical problems due to her obesity.

Usually you have to have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 40 or more to qualify for gastric bypass. If you have a BMI of over 35, sometimes you can qualify if you have significant co-morbidities such as diabetes or sleep apnea. First and foremost, "they" look at how morbid obesity is affecting you, however, your family history may be taken into account, if close relatives are morbidly obese and have health problems relating to obesity.

Can HGH injections make you grow taller if your leg bones have fused?

August 30th, 2010

I heard a study that said HGH could still make you gain some height at any age somewhat because even if your leg bones have fused HGH would still stimulate the spinal cord bones to grow longer could be up to 2 inches of added height since they never fuse. Is there any truth to this? Thanks

NO.
Once the epiphesil plates have fused thats your lot.
The only way to become taller is with Orthopaedic intervention which involvess breaking your bones and wiring you to a device which you twist every day to make the gap bigger. Bone fills in the gap.
A veruy painful, time consuming and expensive procedure.

What fitness program is best suited for Marine Corps bootcamp preperation?

August 26th, 2010

I need a fitness program that will get me in shape for the Marine Corps. I have about one and a half years until I start NROTC.

Do these workouts:

PPPA: Push/Pull/Press/Abs

First, pushup/pull-up supersets. For example, 10 pulls, 25 pushes, 8 pulls, 20 pushes, 6 and 15. The numbers increase each time you do it. By week 8 or 9, I believe it’s something like pull-ups: 16/14/12 and pushups 45/40/35. Ouch.

Ammo can press/crunch supersets come next. I think the ammo cans are 20 or 30 pounds each (full of sand.) This is a great preparation for the CFT and PFT. These are timed events, so you end up doing about 2 min/1.5/1 minute for ammo can presses, alternating with crunches of about the same time.

Fartleks

Fartleks are 3-5 mile runs, interspersed with workouts every half mile or so. Fartleks are very similar to the Run Course/Mec Weight (or something like that) where you just don’t run as far, and do more workouts. An awesome cardio workout.

Example exercises: Pushups, pull-ups, crunches, sit-ups, frog sit-ups (wide knees like you’re doing a groin stretch), diamond pushups, body squats, bend and thrusts, burpees, dips, mountain climbers, sprints

Also when you get close to going to OCS, start doing practice humps (aka hikes) with boots and weights in a backpack.

What steps should I take or what HGH do you recommend for height growth?

August 26th, 2010

I’m 18 and I’m 5ft 8 inches and I feel like I’ve been cheated and deserve to be at least 6ft like most people in my family. I have the intensity and personality of a 6ft person. I must be taller, what should/can I do?……Any personal experiences etc just let me know. Thanks… HGH ( Human Growth Hormones) for those who don’t remember or just don’t know.

I wouldn’t recommend human growth hormone at all, it’s side effects are nasty. Once you’ve stopped growing unfortunately you can’t really make yourself taller. There is a strategy that involves an intense stretching routine that increases the length between the vertbrate in your spine, i’m not sure on specifics, but from what I recall it can add an inch or 3 if done regularly, but you’ll lose the height if you stop the routine for too long.

What percentage of baseball players do you believe have taken HGH?

August 23rd, 2010

I guarantee there are players currently playing who have taken it or are still using it, probably players people would be suprised used HGH for injuries and PED. Since HGH was undetectable when steroids were banned and when there was steroid testing Im sure players moved on to HGH like handful of retired and current players have admitted to using.

Enough that it didn’t give anybody much of an advantage. PEDs in the 90s was like SAT prep courses, people didn’t do it to get ahead people just did it to catch up with everybody else that was doing it.

If you’re a fringe major leaguer, and you could guarantee yourself a spot on a MLB roster by juicing, which was legal for a long time, you’d do it without thinking twice.

What are some ways to realese (HGH) Human Growth Hormones and testosterone from a male’s body?

August 19th, 2010

Im 13 but my brother is 17 and he was just wondering some ways to realese Human Growth Hormones (HGH) and increase testosterone levels in a male’s body it would be great if you could tell us some ways if you know any, thanks guys.

the natural way of course it to eat a lot of lean meats with high amounts of protein, tuna, chicken breast and red meat, make sure you guys eat carbs as well preferably from oatmeal, banana and brown rice! make sure you guys never feel the hungry sensation because that’s when your metabolism slows, try eating some fruit inbetween meals to keep your metabolism out of starvation mode and keep your energy levels up
