I would like to spend a bit on home fitness. The toss up is between a wii + wii fit and a $300 treadmill. How has your experience been for aerobic routines with wii fit?
Wii Fit is a solid entry in the fitness genre for the Wii. The range of exercises, from easy to hard, can provide a framework for a daily workout routine that will pay off for players who invest in it.
Wii Fit offers four categories of exercises, including Yoga, Muscle Training, Aerobics,
Aerobics includes Hula Hoop and Basic Step, and Balance Games include Soccer Heading and Ski Slalom. The Aerobics exercises are great for consistent movement for the whole body. Hula Hoop will require players to sway their hips and catch additional hoops. Players can go on a virtual jog in Basic Run. Without the Balance Board, players simple hold or pocket the Wii Remote to jog in a beautiful landscape among Mii friends. There’s also the 2 People Run option for two-player jogs.

I want to start my own business with baking and making food gifts. I am going to the health department this week, but was wandering what to expect when I go. Also what I may do to my kitchen to have it pass for inspection. I do keep it clean and disinfect with bleach.
My aunt had a home-based baking business. She never needed an inspection since she didn’t advertise or need a tax ID #. However, do you have pets? That’s a sticky one. So are young kids. Some cities may require you to rent an off-site kitchen, but if this is more of a hobby, like my aunt’s, you can do it at home. An inspector may inspect your house to make sure it’s not dirty, your oven’s baking at the right temp, your fridge is at the right temp, ingredients are being stored correctly, etc.
I have a friend right now who also does wedding cakes out of her house. Since it’s a hobby and she has a different FT job, she’s never needed a permit. But if you’re considering this your primary business, scrub the H*** out of your house and be very nice to the health department. They have no sense of humor whatsoever.

I have researched this thoroughly, and it seems that because of my age, and physical condition, I could benefit tremendously on a HGH therapy regimen. Is it difficult to obtain? What type of doctors prescribe HGH? are the HGH concoctions advertised in fitness mags the same thing?
with all of your research. are you trying to obtain pure HGH injections or supplements that promote your body to create its own HGH. i would first start with a good supplement to promote your bodies ability to create HGH such as truwell’s hgh gold. if you do not notice a difference then look into prescriptions.

What are some sports that don’t make you gain muscle too much but help you slim up? Please give me some examples. I know cardio is good, but what would be some others? And is yoga good to get slimmer too?
And is that "step-machine" good for sliming up too?
Running and swimming are both examples of great exercise regimes that do not ‘bulk’ a person up. You could also investigate dancing, and if you don’t think dancing is a ‘sport,’ boy are you in for a surprise! Dancing is a great way to exercise while doing something truly enjoyable!
Yoga is never a bad thing. Pilates is also great!

I read something which mentioned fitness levels such as 7.3 and 9.2. How do you work out which fitness level you are currently at?
base it on other peoples fitness levels and if they say for example i’m a 7.3 i run a mile a day lift for an hour etc. if you do that much your a 7.3, if you do more or the same exercise but longer or more intensely you’d be put higher. if you do less you get the idea.. that would be my guess.

Is it OK to have just the health care program and not have the Health Insurance Plan? I can get Health care program for half the monthly premium as compared to the Health Insurance Plan. Please advise? Is it advisable?
A "health care program" is usually a maintenance program – it doesn’t usually cover "major medical" issues, such as you coming down with cancer. But you’ll have to read the fine print on the program itself, to see what is and is not covered. THEN you have to figure out which doctors work in the program, and how long/hard it is to get in to see them. I was wondering if my Dr. would consider giving me a prescription for HGH if I showed a lower than normal count of testosterone in my blood. Any Canadian medical people out there know?
You’d have to go to a doctor that genuinely believed it would help you… that would probably be the hardest part (since you would have to test as being deficient in HGH, not Testosterone). But if you’re deficient in Testosterone, you should get some Testosterone, not HGH… those are two entirely different hormones. If you are deficient in Testosterone, there are also natural options that help to boost your Testosterone without the side effects of steroids… Tribulus is one of the better ones that isn’t restricted in Canada.
That being said, Canada does restrict most of the hormone-based products on the market, so you would need a prescription to even try to get it legally. Now, if you just want HGH for recreational purposes, I don’t think you could get that legally in Canada at all. Good luck and I hope I helped!
