You are totally right, there is some places that sells organic food, there you can find raw sugar and a lot of natural products.

Like the doctors just said Sugar is the number one cause of acne and I agree ever since I completely took sugar out of my diet, I have not seen any breakouts, other than hormonal when I get my period, also bread pasta is grain but it also transform into sugar when it gets into your stomach, so watch out on gluten, for bread I eat Ezecial, is flourless and is full of healthy stuff.

Not completely sure, i still have acne but it started getting better once i ate a lot less multigrain pasta and bread. I’d say you would see gradual improvement after a couple weeks with significant difference after a couple months.
