When should I add anti-aging creams to my skin care regime?
September 28th, 2009
I’m 17 (almost 18) and I was wondering when I should add anti-aging cream to my skin regime. I have fine lines at the corner of my eyes and under my eyes from squinting a lot.
i started at 17
mother started at a young age and she looks wonderful for her age.
women her age have more wrinkles and they started late with the wrinkle treatments.
your skin will thank you

You’re young.. your skin probably isn’t that bad
EDIT: I’m 17 too, and I don’t plan on adding it any year soon lol

gee, we called them laugh lines…. it’s never too soon to treat your skin right…. but that anti-aging stuff is costly, so I would wait until I had a good job and the money to pay for it….

I’m 20 and I use an eye cream. You’re never too young to start taking car of your skin. You dont need anti-aging creams yet however. Make sure you use a good cleanser, a good facial scrub a couple times a week, a good moisturizer, and a good eye cream. Most eye creams are made for anti aging, but there are a couple made for hydration which is what you would use. Try Neutrogena Healthy Skin eye Cream or Aveeno Eye Brightening Cream. The key is to keep your skin moisturized and hydrated to prevent wrinkles. Oh and wear sunglasses all the time so you dont squint!!

I totally agree that it is never to soon to be good to your skin and take care of it along with your body! I life guarded as a teen and made sure to wear sunscreen. That is one really good habit you can start. Also, just use a good natural moisturizer! You could look into taking a probiotic as they are awesome for your skin, digestion, weight etc from what I have read. I take the Vidazorb chewable probiotics and really love them! Good Luck!
