Okay, I get the workout, I can do it.
But the diet? My diet set on whole grains and protein (lean meat; ie chicken and ham) plus the occaisonal greens and fruits. They work well for my biceps, triceps, and deltoids. Will my diet work for abs too, or will I need to adjust? Please and thank you for responding.

no way i only do the first two after that i do reverse crunches, leg raise using both legs, last bicycle kicks, do all that 4 times a day youll be set in about 5 weeks, key is to eat right i eat oat meal 3 times a day and drink only green tea milk and lots of water, and i got my abs doing this.
