you dont lose weight by doing abs, you just strengthen and build your abs. to lose weight you have to get some sort of cardio going and eat a healthy diet.

hey if youre just starting this workout, then your neck is gonna hurt, because you have to use your neck muscles to hold your head up. focus on using only your abs to do the lifting, your neck will be sore no matter what at first, but as you do it more itll get stronger and wont be sore anymore. dont use the back or the neck to lift, use the abs

you’re pulling …
you’re pulling yourself up with the neck – try to focus on doing the exercise with your back. I did the same thing and today I discovered that I used my neck instead of my back – and it helped

Wow, this actually works! It’s pretty straight-forward, but yeah, it’s kind of hard to do it all at once, IMO. I can feel it and see the results in my upper abs and feel it in my obliques but I can’t seem to feel anything in my lower abs..
