What are some good songs to use in fitness classses?

I’m looking for some music to use in my fitness classes. The people prefer rock. Can be old or new. My brain just isn’t working today.

cool, umm but what kind or rock? punk/metal? im assuming punk:

blink 182
MCR
good charlotte
simple plan
….search these on limewire and u’ll get the best songs of those
