Can injectable HGH at 18 make you grow taller if you are female?

If you have just turned 18, can using injectable HGH hormone if you are female have a chance of making you grow taller? Has anyone used it or taken supplements that have done this? (Females only, obviously)

The chances are, that at 18 you have stopped growing, and nothing, short of a tumour on your pituitary gland, will change that.
HGH is sometimes used by women body builders, so can make you muscular, it can have side effects too, so if I were you, I would steer well clear of it.

Most likely not, being that the estimated growth period of a female ends at 16.
