Taking HGH supplements can be a great and healthly thing when taken properly and bought from a reputable company. I would highly recommend loads of research before deciding anything. Also, taking supplements is not "naturally" increasing you HGH production. Taking growth factors etc. doesn't always lead to increased growth in a physical sense, it can also lead to premature differentiation of your cells which could lead to the opposite effect to what you want.
