i don’t know but i know how you feel, i’m 19 and only 5ft!!
I find a fairly short skirt with heels helps to make your legs look longer and thinner?

Examine why you feel a need to grow taller. I don't have the magic answer, but try to figure out how to feel perfectly okay the you, just the way you are! Some people are tall and want to be shorter. You are who you are.

See a doctor as soon as possible. The HGH can't be gotten over the counter to help growth. You have to have the kind that is injected. Discuss this with your doctor as I don't believe they will treat for this unless it is caused by a particular diagnosis. Otherwise, there can be too many health problems caused with its use.
